We want you to be happy with your learning experience at Wedding & Event Academy! Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in a course or purchasing a book.

No Refunds After Enrollment:

In general, once you’ve joined a course or purchased a book, refunds are not possible. We encourage you to carefully consider your decision and review all course descriptions and book details before enrolling or making a purchase.

Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In very limited cases, we may consider requests for refunds. However, to be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of making your payment. Requests received after this timeframe will not be considered.

Please note:

  • Even if your request falls within the 24-hour window, all refund requests are subject to approval by Wedding & Event Academy.
  • Approved refunds may be subject to processing fees or other conditions.
  • The refund process can take time, and will also depend on your bank’s processing times.
