If you want just witcher sets in general, you can treasure hunt them pretty quick if you know what you're doing, and the sets have varying levels, except the highest level, so you could go something like 12 griffin, 14 feline, 16 ursine, 18 enhanced griffin, 21 enhanced feline, 24 enhanced ursine and so on. The levels might be off by one or two, but you get the point. But if you pick one armor style, then you just need to find and craft the set as soon as you can wear them. With medium, you get two schools, which is nice.Wolf set is annoying. You can only enter the area where you find it after you do the main quest in Skellige.
