This way Tata will save on a huge amount of bandwidth costs and is unethical as far as I can see it.No Refund for Down TimeIf you have seen the complain log you would have realized that the net goes down as often as four times a week.When you log in for even a minute in the day you will not be refunded. You will never be refunded for any day you have logged in and the Internet is then disconnected, even if it is for the whole week. Basically tata indicom will give at least down time every couple of days without a refund or increase in time.Frustrating Customer ServiceEarlier it was difficult to get through to speak with a couple of representatives as the wait time would be anything around 10 to 15 minutes. After a lot of protests on the Internet things began to speed up. Now you can get your call picked up in less than a minute, but you will have 70% chance of talking to the dumbest person you have ever spoken to in your life. Dear Sir,Pls look into the matter, my net is not working for last 15 days and nobody is responding to my complaints, I am being charged for every single day when the internet is not working. I have lodged numerous complaints but nobody is even ready to acknowledge the complaints.We took a TATA Indicom BroadBand Connection on 22 Nov (User id: [email protected]) and till this date we are just regretting on our decision as the internet has not worked fine even for one week. I am completely disappointed and frustrated by a company which is associated with TATA brand name which represents trust.Pls look into the matter and help me.
