As we posted earlier, Blizzard has released the information necessary to get the 64-bit client up and running with the live patch 4.3.2 servers. Please remember that this 64-bit client is still in beta, even though you can play the live (non-PTR) game with it. This means that you might experience unexpected crashes and other bugs. Be sure that if you do experience them, you report them right away so Blizzard can fix everything up. I've installed this live 64-bit client; however, there still seems to be a version validation error with the servers. April 22, 2020, 10:10pm 1 Entered a dungeon and it never loaded, just stuck at the loading screen. Please help! First thing we usually recommend is a UI reset to rule out misbehaving display elements.If that doesn’t work, we can try other things or direct you to Tech Support. If you get stuck at the loading screen and it won’t go anywhere, Hit the ALT+F4 keys to force quit the game and wait 10 to 15 minutes for stuff to clear. i’ve done that, same results. In addition, i’ve renamed my cache, WTF and interface folders to “OLD”. I can log in any other toon accept my main “Captian”. I’ve even shutdown my pc completly for several minutes. I’ve flushed my DNS, re-assigned even. Furthermore, I’ve also disable all addons and brought my graphic settings to “1”. FURTHERMORE, i’ve scanned all my game files using the bliz app. AND NOTHING! reset my damn character already! As much as we would love nothing more, that’s what we’re here helping with troubleshooting steps for. But just snapping my fingers would first require me being employed by Blizzard. At this point, this will hopefully be moved to the Technical Support forum for you in short order. The SFAs and regulars over there are better-equipped to assist than over here. Well thread got moved, good luck. Obviously this requires assistance from Blizzard. Same issue here. Was running out of a dungeon, stuck in loading screen. 0 progress on loading bar. Disabled all addons, renamed WTF, Cache and Interface folders. RIP. Happening to me on and off as well, with no rhyme or reason. Just getting stuck at load screens every few dungeons for no reason.

That’s fair. But now Blizzard is actually just going to give you Shadowlands, complete with a character level boost. Yes, it’s a new promotion just tossing everyone the expansion through September 5th.Fortunately for those who are interested, it’s not a complex process to get the free expansion; you just need to load up the Battle.net launcher before September 5th and have at least one expansion previously applied to the game. Everyone eligible can then simply claim the base version of the expansion for free; people who did previously purchase the expansion don’t get anything from this particular promo.None of this does much to address the overall community reception of Shadowlands, of course, and it sure does look like a cheap way for Blizzard to count a whole bunch of new MAUs, but at least if you’re still curious about Dragonflight, you get an expansion and a character boost for free.
