Who is Lucky?Also known as by his full name Lucky Swifttail, Lucky is an anthropomorphic fox wearing blue boots and a cape of a matching colour and the mascot of Playful Studios. He's also the protagonist of the Lucky's Tale franchise debuting in the virtual reality game version of Lucky's Tale with Debi Derryberry providing the voice of the character where he has to rescue his friend Piggy from the evil forces of Glorp, the main antagonist which resembles a hybrid of an octopus.Super Lucky's Tale is a 3D platformer similar to more popular ones like Super Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie, Sonic Adventure, Donkey Kong 64.Lucky has abilities that has him utilise his fox-based abilities which Lucky himself is a fox after all like burrowing through dirt and tail swipe enemies and flip switches. Lucky runs on all four when moving and goes bipedal when idle. In New Super Lucky's Tale, he can dash through floors, walks and stands bipedally.Lucky's currently voiced by Caitlyn Bairstow and currently designed by Powerstation Studios and Nicholas Kole. Originally Lucky was mainly created by Derek LeBrun and Joey Dodd.Why should Lucky Swiftail be in Smash Bros?As the Lucky's Tale franchise consists of mostly platforming games, Lucky Swiftail can help bring representation to Western video games.
