Hallo @mh9PPYU, das klingt etwas kontrovers. Einerseits möchte man keine Installation, keine Schulung durchführen, möglichst einfach fahren - andererseits möchte man Listen ableiten und Inhalte bereitstellen, was Doch etwas Wissen und Erfahrung voraussetzt.Zum Thema Viewer muss ich widersprechen. Es gibt neben dem Revit Viewer auch den Autodesk Online Viewer, kostenfrei, selbsterklärend, free-access nutzbar ohne Installation, browserbasiert (egal ob Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge oder Mozilla Firefox), nutzbar auf PC oder mobilen Endgeräten (je kleiner das Gerät desto weniger Funktionen, klar!).Als Uploader und Halter der Daten dort benötigt man ein Autodesk Account (was ja auch kostenfrei ist). Als Betrachter ist keine Anmeldung oder Registrierung erforderlich. Du kannst auf alle(!) gängigen CAD- und 3D-Formate hochladen, siehe Screenshot:Lade doch einfach mal eine Revit Datei hoch und probiere es aus! In Revit kannst Du im Menü unter "Zusammenarbeit > Veröffentlichungseinstellung" selbst steuern, welche Zeichenansichten, 3D-Ansichten und Planansichten veröffentlicht werden sollen. Das heißt im Viewer kannst Du verschiedene und mehrere Ansichten (2D/3D) abbilden. Kannst uns gerne dann über Deine ersten Erfahrungen hier berichten. ABER: diese Frist kann manuell immer wieder verlängert werden. Bei Nichtverlängerung werden die Daten automatisch gelöscht. Das ist für den Einen gut, für den Anderen weniger gut. Somit verhindert Autodesk eine Zumüllung deren Cloudspeicherplatzes, was ja einleuchtend ist.Alternativ dazu gibt es die Autodesk Drive Cloud: Prinzip, mehr Funktionen wie z.B. Desktop Connector, Ordner erstellen für mehrere Dateien, Dateien freigeben usw. Vielleicht ist in Eurem Fall der richtige Weg mit dem kostenfreien Online Viewer anzufangen, wenn der Vertrieb dann mit überzeugt ist, schon erste Erfahrungen gesammelt hat, dann den Weg Revit bzw. Revit Viewer zu gehen. Meine Erfahrung ist bei so einem Fall immer möglichst einfach und unkompliziert die Leute heranzuführen und dann darauf aufzubauen.
