In the original which apparently were supposed to better balance it alongside the new weapons, however the difference is minimal and only serves to frustrate when you have other better mods that affect the Service Rifle already.Third, something the original mod lacks: armor variety. It's supposed to be an expansion of the NCR, but all you see are the same 4 armor variants over and over again. Now, the chest rigs and backpacks do give a lot of visual variety, but they still look rather plain, especially when you see them next to the Legion from Arizona Slave Army. It leaves a lot to be desired, and many of the armor mods on Nexus change way too much and just make the NCR look like a completely different faction by either giving them combat armor with a different texture or just give them modern BDU with modern plate carriers. It really betrays the WWI British/ANZAC aesthetic the NCR have currently.
