I've registered on Acercloud and set one of my PCs as the cloud PC. Using the ipad and iphone apps I can view the entire directory structure on the cloud pc and open files on it but don't seem to be able to do this from another PC which has the Acercloud software on it. Only one PC is set as the cloud PC so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong. This question is not about removing a virus. I tried removing the virus using all of the methods recommended by various websites for several hours.This is about how to uninstall/reinstall IE 11 because I cannot find this virus and have already uninstalled every part of IE11 I can and cannot reinstall it because MS is telling me it is still there.My internet explorer 11 got hijacked by some sort of malware that made it open up with what looked like a google search for "remove+everything+else". I couldn't find any information about this problem, and the terms make searching difficult.IE also disappeared from my list of programs in the "uninstall programs" list, and from the programs folder, but appeared as a separate folder at the same level as the programs folder.I deleted all of the files in the folder except the "en-US" folder that contains .mui language files. I can't figure out how to get rid of this.I downloaded IE from the MS site and have been trying to install it again, but am being told it is still there. I tried turning IE off using "windows features" and that didn't work. Turning it back on didn't work either.I also tried the MS advice here: Nothing about IE appears in the "installed updates"I've asked for help at the MS support website and the advice I've been given is that I can't uninstall IE from my computer.I'm pretty sure I did this in the past on the same computer because I didn't use it, and then installed it again when I needed it for work. Greetings!I work for a school and am having a really weird and annoying issue with trying to print to an imageRUNNER 7095. Our domain workstations are all Windows 7 and IE10.Some users are complaining about not being able to print to the copier. I have observed the issue: users would try to print from within IE10, select the copier, select print, and then the Department Code & Password dialog box would appear. Upon getting this dialog box, IE would hang. In some instances, I could drag around the department code dialog box and get a hall of mirror effect and I couldn't use IE until I manually terminated it. Not all users experience this issue, as some can seemingly print to the copier just fine.For the affected users:I've tried removing the copier from their printers and then reconnecting to it.I've tried restarting the print spooler and clearing the queue where there was one.I've tried deleting all drivers in system32\spool\drivers and reinstalling the printer fresh.I've tried updating the driver to the latest version (ver 14 PCL5e)I've tried adding a separate instance of the copier using the PCL6 driver.I've download a printer-spool-reset-to-default FixIt/PS1 and resetting everything back to zero.I've uninstalled and reinstalled IE10.I've tried turning IE10's dump file feature so it will spit out a dump file when it crashes, but it doesn't spit out anything--presumably because IE10 isn't actually crashing and is just hanging?I've run SFC (System File Checker) and chkdsk and even a HDD surface scan.I've verified that the printer driver files' hashes match the same as an unaffected computer's.I cannot figure this out.Anyone have any ideas?Pretty much the only thing I have figured out so far is a way to reproduce something approximate to the error both on affected machines and non-affected ones.
