Huge disconnect between what your car actually needs to keep it rolling and what the service advisors at the dealership recommend. The dealership’s service advisor (insider tip: he’s more of a salesman than a mechanic) may hand you a list of “dealer-recommended” services. If you put this side-by-side with what’s in your owners manual, you’ll see the dealer is recommending a ton of extra stuff. Look closer at the dealer's list and you’ll see that most of the recommended things are fluid replacements, adjustments and inspections. That’s why it is essential to read and understand your maintenance schedule.See what you could save on car insuranceEasily compare personalized rates to see how much switching car insurance could save you.The smart way to service your carHere’s all you need to do when setting up an appointment at a dealership’s service department:Find your maintenance schedule. You can get this either from your owners manual or online by doing a Google search such as “2014 Toyota RAV4 owners manual.” Here is a listing of all service manuals.Photocopy or print out the schedule. You’ll see why in a few seconds.Schedule a service appointment. Ask for the service department and tell them exactly what is needed. Don’t say, “I’m ready for my 15,000-mile service visit.” Just read them what the owners manual says.Be ready for the upsell. When you get to the dealership, the service advisor will probably say, “You have 15,000 miles on your car. Here’s what we recommend,” and hand you a sheet of services. Pull out your copy of the maintenance schedule, hand it to the service advisor and say, “But my manual says I only need this work done.”Handling extra recommendations. Sometime later, you’re settled in the service lounge, eating free doughnuts, when your service advisor reappears and says something like, “We checked your car over and it looks like you also need ...” — fill in the blank. The advisor could be recommending a brake job, a fluid change or the replacement of some part you’ve never heard of. If you have a good relationship with your service advisor and trust him. And while Arash does a great job of covering the fine points, I still had some difficulty getting started. I thought Who needs Sessions and who wants to have to Import images? So I consulted Patrick Sparkman, the BAA technical advisor. Patrick had been using C-1 Pro 12 for a while. We spent a good deal of time on FaceTime simplifying things. That video is a direct result of those conversations.Capture One Pro 12Here are some of the things you will learn as we convert nine different RAW files (eight Nikon and one SONY) from soup to nuts, from Photo Mechanic through the RAW conversion in Capture One to Photoshop:1-How to quickly and easily find your images while working in a simple file folder format.2-How to customize your Exposure and Details tabs to streamline your workflow.3-How to set the White and Black points using Levels.4-How to adjust set the values for the relevant sliders including Exposure, White Balance, High Dynamic Range (the Highlight and Shadow sliders), and Clarity and Structure.

Yeah, a dealer's service advisor told me that. BS. That might actually be in the works. Right now, there is a flash for the challenger and charger RF Hubs that locks the RF Hub. Once that’s done, fobs can not be programmed or erased, even by them. The RF Hub would need to be replaced if someone lost all fobs. I'm wondering if that was for like the JK or other older Jeeps. I believe so. JL is when the rf hub was implemented. AlfaOBD can not obtain the PIN either (FYI, AlfaOBD and Jscan both use the same chrysler program to obtain the info they use to build their apps)I can tell you without a doubt, that Jscan or AlfaOBD can not program a fob on the newer RF Hubs even with the correct PIN. I’ve tried it every which way with multiple different RF Hubs from multiple different 2018+ vehicles (with the exception of 2018+ ram classic).Actually, I’ll go try again right now, since I happen to have a 2021 Ram 2500 module set on my bench setup right now. I’ll get some pics of what
