I was pleasantly surprised by their profesionalism, courtesy and complete details enclosed within their email to me. It had all the necessary information needed by a new customer; any other necessary information that I might want and/or need; etc. In other words...it was a top notch email. It was written very well; it helped me w/o having to ask questions; it was professionally written and laid out.This email was truly above the quantity and quality of emails received where one can get upset even before you get to install/download their product.I proceeded to install/download my PhotoWorks Premium Product. All went smoothly.Anxiously, I couldn't wait to work with the Product and test it out.Well, when I did I was delighted to find out that the layout was well done. Following the instructions they had (a newbie like me needed these) I was able to dive into this new Program and start the learning process.My first picture came out much to my satisfaction...and so are the ones I have rendered up to date.There was one area that I just couldn't grasp.
