I assume KMS supports this behavior. We don’t support racism in this community nor will we support KMS. Just bought a flip from them. They installed new windows and doors. None of the sliding glass doors were caulked underneath. Been in the house only 6 days and saw daylight popping through the carpet of our primary bedroom, mind you they didn't even put a pad under the carpet. So needless to say very low quality workmanship . The ceiling in our shower were it meets the tile was also floating attached to nothing at all. Buyers beware of this guys flips. One of their agents, some guy in a bright red tie, left his flyer on the door of my neighbor's burned out house. Who does that? They lost everything and you just plop your flyer on the house anyway? Classless. I give them 5 stars rated. I been in the house for 4 years now never had problems with them at all . They are every thing do for us at the house I am in never had problems with them replacement with everything in my house no problems. I do appreciate what do for people who rent from them .
