AlfaOBD can not obtain the PIN either (FYI, AlfaOBD and Jscan both use the same chrysler program to obtain the info they use to build their apps)I can tell you without a doubt, that Jscan or AlfaOBD can not program a fob on the newer RF Hubs even with the correct PIN. I’ve tried it every which way with multiple different RF Hubs from multiple different 2018+ vehicles (with the exception of 2018+ ram classic).Actually, I’ll go try again right now, since I happen to have a 2021 Ram 2500 module set on my bench setup right now. I went through all of my paperwork from the dealer hoping the key code was in it somewhere, with no luck. As I am still new to being a jeep owner, I ask is there a way I can obtain my keycode? Is it etched somewhere on the JT? No. You can only obtain the PIN from the parts department, in person, with proof of ownership. That is one of the most protected pieces of information about the vehicle.BUT…don’t even bother trying, because the PIN you would receive from them is useless to you. It is a four digit rolling PIN, meaning it changes every time it is requested, and is only valid when using wiTECH connected through dealer connect. What you need is the static PIN that is permanently stored, which is a 5 digit PIN. There are fob programmers that can pull that PIN, but at that point, you would just use the fob programmer to finish programming the fob. I have one of those fob programmers, and even using it to pull the PIN on these 2018+ RF Hubs, the fob programming still doesn’t work on Jscan or AlfaOBD using that PIN. As well.I have done a few driveway alignments on JKs and JLs and it's easy with a few caveats. 1st and foremost you need adjustable linkages. You really need a good OBD2 reader and appropriate software to get the steering wheel angle set to zero when the wheels are straight. Otherwise, you'll get occasional warnings, or worse - force the Jeep into limp mode. You might need to get an app called JSCAN to get the wheel angle. I have several apps and that was one of a few that had it easily accessible. Does require a one-time fee though.Let me know if you want a quick tutorial on driveway alignments. Simple raised bracket would be the solution if this is the case. Also, the fact that you drilled the knuckle isn't a huge deal. If you ever did revert back to the factory position, you could just use that same tapered bushing that you used with the flip, just from the underside. I do presume you have a tapered bushing in there after drilling that out. But, unfortunately, still need a viable way to pull the PIN. That’s the one thing Jscan and AlfaOBD have to figure out on their own, because the Chrysler diagnostic that they use can only retrieve the 4 digit rolling PIN live online.I wonder if Jscan developer is in the US, I could send him my programmer to figure out how it pulls the PIN.I know AlfaOBD has a partner in Texas that might be able to test with. If you ever did revert back to the factory position, you could just use that same tapered bushing that you used with the flip, just from the underside. I do presume you have a tapered bushing in there after drilling that out. That job sucked, but saved me at least 3k. Shop wanted 4500 to do it. I had about 1200 in parts including lifters and rockers as preventative maintenance - you know cause i was basically in there anyways.I was thinking the bushing should work in "either direction" so that is an option.I've just never messed with Draglink, trackbar angles. and now I've .LEARNED SOMETHINGAppreciate the insight! I’ll get some pics of what goes on. Alright, coming back to say- sorry, I should have checked Jscan and seen the update log included fobik programming tweaks a week ago. It DOES work now!
