Only when I went to Settings General then right down to bottom it says Turn Off (or similar). I turned off. When I turned back on there was the floating button! Didn’t work when I turned phone off using side on/off button. Try it? Good luck. When I turned it on, and switched on assistive touch it came back. I Think it’s glitch or bug of the update.
