Offline Installer Game and DLCs installation without Galaxy reinstalling all DLCs - Workaround I tested this solution and since I didn't find it online when needed I've thought to share it, hope it could help someone :) Workaround for Windows - For games with DLCs To check Offline Installers functionality I install the games with them, not with Galaxy. issue: Galaxy is not able to recognize DLCs installed with Offline Installers --> When you launch it starts to download again all DLCs and installs them, even if you had unchecked "Auto-update games" and had checked "Pause download when playing" in Settings - some games have many DLCs and quite big. but: Galaxy is able to recognize DLCs installed with Offline Installers with the "Scan folders" procedure workaround: 1. Make sure Galaxy is closed (even in the system tray) 2. Install game and all DLCs with Offline Installers 3. Rename the game folder (example add a "X" at the end) 4. Launch Galaxy (the game doesn't have to be among those installed) 5. Close Galaxy (even in the system tray) 6. Rename the game folder to the original name 7. Launch Galaxy -> "Add Games & Friends" -> "Scan folders for GOG Games" --> select game folder Game and DLCs now should be correctly recognized.Post edited September 24, 2021 by Skess01
