@BenSwaby I'll take a stab at some of your questions. See my replies inline (red text). -Does not ever auto-match when sent directly by email. Will that ever change? I don't believe it is on our roadmap to use [email protected] for automatching. However, if you do by chance have ExpenseIt purchased, you can actually email your receipts to [email protected]. This will then use our auto-matching capabilities for corporate card purchases. The easiest way to know if you have ExpenseIt is to login to the mobile app. On the home screen, look for the camera icon. If it says ExpenseIt, then your company has it. Phone-Taking a picture of the screen is a hit or miss on some screens. I know taking a picture from my iphone of my macbook pro constantly tries to focus while taking a picture. I assume this is some refresh issue between camera and screen, which is why it's a hit or miss. I totally get it. That is why I use SnagIt or some other screen capture software. You might even be able to google and find a free software that will do this. -Pictures i have taken from my phone of my macbook screen that do capture a somewhat clean copy never auto-match to an item in a report [email protected] is not designed to auto-match. It is stricly receipt storage only. -not everyone uses a computer on a daily basis as phones are becoming the workhorse for some. are they just out of luck for auto-match? When I train new users, I guide them to use their mobile phone to take a picture of all their receipts immediately when they get the receipt. If they do it using the camera icon in the SAP Concur mobile app, the receipt image will be in Concur waiting for the user to assign it to an expense. The only auto-match options we have are ExpenseIt and the E-receipts feature. -it seems safe to assume that the screen scrape engine is built within the mobile app and not your servers Not sure what you mean by "screen scrape". -the mobile app only seems to use pictures and cannot grab documents in onedrive or sharepoint correct, SAP Concur's receipts have to be in pdf, jpg, tiff or png format. -you can't be in another app and send the page, screen, email, etc.. to sap concur.
