If your installation CDs are damaged, you can order replacements. However, as of March, 2003, Corel will provide replacements only for the current version of WordPerfect Office and the previous version. To quote Corel's policy: "Replacement media available for current release and one version back only." IMPORTANT NOTE: You might not be able to get replacement CDs for any version older than WordPerfect Office 10 (2002) now that WordPerfect Office 11 and 12 have been released.. Full Replacement CDs v. Downloadable PatchesWhen an update is offered as a full replacement CD or a downloadable file, we recommend obtaining the CD, even if you download and install the patch. Although the full replacement CD usually requires a complete uninstall of your current installation, having the CD version simplifies refreshing an installation or reinstalling. Also, downloadable patches sometimes have proven to be less reliable than the complete re-install from a CD. If you opt for the downloadable patch only or if an update is offered only as a patch, you should store a copy of the downloadable patches (especially large ones)
