I have Flashplayer 23.0.0.166 PPAPI enabled and the latest version of Chrome. I am able to play games like scrabble and words with friends, but not games like Candy Crush or Puzzly Words. I also have MS Edge and all my games work fine with no error message about the plugin. However, it is still supported on Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10, there just isn't any active development anymore.
