Cant click on anything

Pages 1 You must login or register to post a reply 1 25-11-2016 15:09:29 camicazi Member Offline Topic: cant update svp4 pro So I have gotten notifications for available updates for a couple weeks now, but I cant seem to update them. When the svp utilities page pops up, the "install via svp maintenance tool" button doesnt work. it starts glowing slightly like normal when I hover and click on it, but it doesnt do anything. Is there some way to fix this, or some other way to update it, or should I try reinstalling svp? The rest of the features work like normal, its only the update thing that seems to be broken 2 Reply by Chainik 25-11-2016 15:19:13 Chainik SVP developer Offline Thanks: 1661 Re: cant update svp4 pro - try to execute "svp4-maintenance.exe" manually, will it run?- if not, check that "svp4-maintenance.dat" file exists and is not empty (zero size)- if it is empty or absent then copy "svp4-maintenance.dat.backup" into "svp4-maintenance.dat" and execute the .exe againif nothing helps then re-installation is the only option 3 Reply by camicazi 25-11-2016 15:41:41 camicazi Member Offline Re: cant update svp4 pro neither cmd nor the run app worked. the run app said it couldnt find it. Going into the svp 4 folder. both the dat and backup file are there, but the vp4-maintenance.exe is missing(if it should be there). But it seems like it hasnt done anything to svp. it puts all suspicious files and detected viruses in quarantine, and nothing regarding svp has ever been put there. Clipboard Copied In Response To conroy thanks conroythe best I can do is select a Paths Palette Channel/Layer I have made, then click the vector mask icon in the masks palette, to load that Path as a vectorbut i cant find a way to add another path from the path palette into the same vector, i have to create a new layer, select the path palette layer i want, then click the vecor mask icon again to create a separate vector mask with the second path loadedif i drag one vector to the other, it just replaces itthe icons for add, intersect etc dont seem to do anything at all for anything in the paths palettewhats more, the vector masks behave EXACTLY like the paths palette layer, in that you cant even view them both at the same time.are you able to view any paths on separate layers at the same time, without them loading as a selection?or does anyone know of any way to get multiple paths palette channels loaded into the same vector mask or somehow get them combined, or even viewed in any way simultaneously,thanks Follow Report Community guidelines Be kind and respectful, give credit to the original source of content, and search for duplicates before posting.
