Pros The ease in which you can schedule deliveries. The ability to consolidate deliveries for multiple stores for one driver. Saves the company money. Cons The only thing I wish WorkWave could do is to blackout dates or times for scheduled maintenance on the truck or if the truck is needed for something other than customer deliveries.
